Notes: Originally built with parallel boiler. All were rebuilt by Stanier and the BR with taper boilers, double chimneys and other changes. 6133 was built by North British in 1927, named 'Vulcan' until 1935 when many of the class received regimental names. She was rebuilt in 1944 as illustrated, and later received smoke deflectors. Successful strong locomotives, the Stanier rebuilds retained the Fowler cabs, unlike the rebuilt 'Patriots' which had Stanier cabs and a lower-mounted boiler.
6133 became 46133 in BR days and was a Leeds locomotive, then latterly Kentish Town until withdrawal in February 1963.
